Help with Aera

We read every note. A quieter calendar should not be hard to hold.

Write to us

Use the Support Email on the Aera App Store page. Write from the address on your account, and include the device you use and what you were trying to do. We will write back.

Widgets

Widgets ship in the App Store build, not in Expo Go. Open Aera once after installing, then long-press the home screen, choose Widgets, and search Aera. You will see Next event, Today, and This month.

Google and Apple calendars

In Aera, open Settings or Calendars, then connect the calendars already on this phone. Aera reads them through this device. You can turn a calendar off without deleting it.

Aera Plus

Plus starts with seven days free. Nothing is charged during the trial. After that it renews until you cancel: $39 a year, or $5.99 a month.

Cancel in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Deleting Aera does not cancel Plus. Paid plans also follow Apple’s Terms of Use (EULA).

Account and password

Sign in with email or Google in Aera. Forgot password is on the sign-in screen and in Settings → Account. If you only use Google, there is no Aera password to reset.

Events on this phone

Events live on the device until cloud sync ships. Keep a backup of anything you cannot afford to lose. Signing out does not delete the local calendar.

Delete the account

Sign out in Settings. To remove the Firebase account itself, email us from the address on the account and we will help delete it.
